Going above and beyond during challenging times

01 February 2022 Category: Nviro News

Our people have gone above and beyond for the past two years during some very challenging times. We are extremely proud of our cleaning teams, and especially those who have been nominated as finalists for the categories, ‘Supervisor of the Year’ and ‘Operative of the Year’ for the 2022 Kimberly-Clark Professional Golden Service Awards.

Hernan Escalante, who works at St Paul’s School has been nominated for ‘Supervisor of the Year’ for his hard work and dedication to motivating his team and ensuring that strong cleaning standards are delivered by carrying out consistent site checks and photographic audits whilst taking on client feedback wholeheartedly.

Christian Salamanca, from University of East London has also been nominated for ‘Supervisor of the Year’ for his motivation and commitment to the University and Nviro. Not only does Christian have a wide skillset and strong technical capability, but he has also been recognised for being an excellent Nviro ambassador.

Alfa Barri, also from the University of East London has been nominated for ‘Operative of the Year’. Alfa has been praised for his commitment in keeping the team safe by raising awareness of Health and Safety and sharing his excellent knowledge of all equipment, chemicals, and machinery. Alfa is always willing to cover and support his team, going the extra mile to support the University.

A massive thank you to our finalists for going above and beyond in looking after our clients and keeping our sites clean, hygienic and safe.
