Crime Scene and Fatality Cleaning training day for Nviro’s Service team

Recently the Service team completed specialist training for Crime Scene and Fatality Cleaning. The session was run by two of Nviro’s most senior Service Managers, Sally Madigan and Anne Hayman, with over 40 years of experience in Crime Scene and Fatality Cleaning. In 2015 both Sally and Anne completed the National Academy of Crime Scene Academy qualification, certifying them to deliver training in this specialist task.

With eight of Nviro’s service management team in attendance, the training covered important skills and methods, such as.

  • How to react in the event of being called upon.
  • Completing specialist deep cleans.
  • Knowledge and skills to implement on site.
  • Knowing the risks involved in completed this task.
  • Ensuring vehicles are adequately stocked.
  • Correct PPE.

With service members trained to complete Crime Scene and Fatality Cleaning, knowledge can now be passed onto other employees, producing more highly skilled people and extending the capacity of who can complete these tasks. By having so many highly skilled specialist cleaning professionals on our sites, customers can feel confident that the environment is clean, hygienic and safe.

The training will continue to run every six months, with more employees taking part each time and the target of having every Service Manager, Frontline Manager and Specialist Mobile trained.
